#Adobe creative cloud customer service how to #Adobe creative cloud customer service update #Adobe creative cloud customer service Offline Whenever I create something in Draw or Photoshop Mix, it’s saved in the category “Mobile Creations” but the only things that show up in the Files app are docs in the category “Files,” which literally nothing is saved to. This is also a big problem when I’m trying to get to my stuff through Apple’s Files app (which is where I ALWAYS go to to find everything). Can you please just make everything save in one place so I can find it all quickly? There are a bunch of different categories like “libraries” and “files” and “assets” in it and it’s just impossible to keep track of where everything is being saved. Yes, everything I have made I can find in the app, but it takes me a very long time to find it all. So I started using a few Adobe products (Draw, Capture, Photoshop Mix) a while ago and thought this would be a good way to keep all of my stuff in one app. I’m done with them, and all the other companies just out to take your money and offer 0 accountability and integrity. Never thought of Adobe as one of those sketchy companies with no morales and horrible customer service, but at the end of the day seems they’re no better than any other corporation. I doubt I’ll ever get my $200 back without getting my bank involved. When that didn’t happen, I contacted them again and they told me another 5-7 days. They finally told me they would refund in 5 days. It’s been worse than an Uber customer service experience. When trying to contact them it takes hours, and I’ve been hung up on multiple times. They charged me a $200 cancellation fee straight from my bank account without any warning. I canceled my membership last week, because I never use it at home anymore. I’ve used their products for 10 years, and had a creative cloud membership for 3 years. Let me just kick you in the rear on your way out.’ ‘Thanks for being a loyal customer for 10 years. We will all keep using adobe products but when it comes to iPads they just won’t work well with each other. Just get dropbox or google drive and avoid it. #Adobe creative cloud customer service update So while it CAN’T update it CAN delete your cloud files. But if you remove that file from your iPad it will erase the updated one from your cloud. It just won’t do it, it keeps the first version of the file you synced to. The worst is that if you make a change to a file on creative cloud it is impossible for it to update. #Adobe creative cloud customer service Offline Once I was able to sync to iPad I had to make the file available offline for use, so that is another step, which makes sense, but after that, if you don’t open the file with an internet connection in adobe sketch then that file that was supposedly available offline is actually not available at all. I was amazed that I had to manually sync from my desktop because that wasn’t automatic like with Dropbox or google drive. I tried it for using with adobe sketch and it’s impossible to use. I suggest doing the sensible thing and avoid trying to use this on an iPad. Need help using Adobe Systems? Try their Help Center now! The captives experiment with voting, find they cannot vote for themselves, and attempt to give one vote to every person in the circle. Several others dispute this, but when the cop goes on a racist rant, he is selected next. After several minorities are quickly eliminated, an African-American man claims the process has become racist. Several people say they recognize the others: a man identifies the woman next to him as his wife, another man identifies the doctor he was having an affair with, and a tattooed man is eliminated after he admits to a cop's accusation of domestic violence. The disbelieving group eliminates him instead of listening.Īfter another member of the group aggressively targets a 52-year-old cancer survivor over the objections of people who do not consider her elderly, he is eliminated. The old man next in line agrees, saying he saw and heard aliens. Eric says that he was pulled into the air, later waking in a red room with other humans. A young man, Eric, remembers attempting to flee Los Angeles, and others concur. The captives discuss where they are, how they got there, who has abducted them, and why. They attempt to boycott the vote, but someone is randomly selected to die after two minutes.įollowing someone's suggestion, the group buys time to think by deciding in advance to eliminate the elderly for the next selections. After several people die, the group realizes that the room's technology allows them to use hand gestures to vote for who dies, while arrows on the floor show each person their own vote but not others'. Thereafter, every two minutes, another person is killed. As the others panic, a man attempts to calm them, but the device kills him mid-sentence. When someone ignores the warning and leaves formation, a beam from the dome kills them, and their body is quickly removed. When they attempt to move from their designated platforms or touch the others, alarms sound off. Fifty people awaken in a darkened room, arranged in two concentric circles around a black dome.
